Edward and Kristen traveled in from St. Louis for their engagement session, and boy are we glad they did! From the moment they stepped out of the car, we knew their session was going to be so FUN! We were already anticipating a great session with these two, but they surpassed every expectation we had. Edward is quite the comedian and kept Kristen (and us) laughing the entire evening.
Posing them was not a challenge at all because these two are just so comfortable and “lovey dovey” around one another; they acted as though we weren’t even there. I don’t think we have ever seen a pair laugh this much and laugh so hard during a session… EVER! Their laughs were so contagious you couldn’t help but laugh with them. They are the cutest and we just cannot get over how easy going they are!
These are the sessions we live for! Being engaged is such a happy season of life, and we are so grateful we get to capture couples like Edward and Kristen who are so joyful and madly in love. This is why we do what we do!
As if the session wasn’t going great already, we were also blessed with amazing weather. It was perfect; there wasn’t a cloud in sight. We began the session near the Missouri Capitol, and enjoyed strolling around our city with these two lovebirds. Can we talk about her ring for a second!? Edward did a fabulous job selecting the gorgeous cut diamond ring. We couldn’t get enough of it. Her beauty of a diamond looked perfect when paired with lush green plants we were surrounded by.
For our final location of the evening, we traveled to the Katy Trail. The sun was just beginning to go down when we arrived, and it created the most “dreamy” light! We had a blast with these two; we know their wedding day will be just as fun! Enjoy some of our favorites from our session with them! Their genuine laughter is sure to make you smile!
