We met Jessi and Ryan on a beautiful Tuesday evening in downtown Jefferson City for their engagement session! We had originally planned to do their session at the end of April, but unfortunately that was the weekend it poured down raining, so we were forced to reschedule. We were so happy to learn that the weather was perfect this time around! We took a leisurely stroll around the Governor’s Garden and Capitol area while capturing some of the most adorable shots of these two. They are so snuggly around each other, and we just love the way Ryan would whisper in her ear to create the most genuine smile! Jessi would light up every time we told Ryan to pull her in nice and close. They are such an adorable and fun, loving couple.
We traveled to the Katy Trail for our second location, and we are so glad they picked it. We love photographing on the rustic bridge during “golden hour.” Jessi and Ryan couldn’t have been cuter while walking on the bridge! We loved when he would push her out and then pull her back in to give her a sweet kiss. The way they interact with one another is absolutely adorable. They might have been nervous at the beginning of the session, but by the end you could see the nerves had melted away and they were more comfortable being in front of our lenses. We were already excited for their wedding day, and after photographing them for their engagement session, we know posing them on the wedding day will be a piece of cake!
Jessi and Ryan are two of the most genuine people we have met, and we couldn’t be any happier for them! We are so excited we get to be there with them on day one of their marriage! We know their day will come together beautifully. In a little more than a month, these two lovebirds will be husband and wife! Enjoy some of our favorites from our session with them!
