As a photographer, there are few things more fulfilling than witnessing and documenting the journey of love and life! Recently, I had the honor of capturing the excitement and anticipation of Emily and her husband, Logan as they embark on the beautiful adventure of becoming parents. In the picturesque backdrop amidst blooming summer flowers and golden sunlight, we celebrated the imminent arrival of their sweet baby boy, Theodore Logan. With his arrival just around the corner, August holds the promise of new beginnings for this special pair!
Expecting their first child, Emily and Logan are filled with an overwhelming sense of anticipation. The moments leading up to the birth of a baby are often a blend of excitement, joy, and a touch of nervousness. It’s a time of immense transformation, as two individuals prepare to welcome a tiny life into their world. Throughout the maternity session, I aimed to capture the radiant glow on Emily’s face and the gentle tenderness shared between the couple. Emily had a glow about her the entire evening! Pregnancy is such a beautiful gift, and I love how Emily came to the session with all of the confidence and excitement.
Emily’s story holds a special place in my heart. Our paths crossed when I first met her through my sister. I then had the special privilege to document her engagement portraits and wedding day! Since then, I have had the joy of witnessing her love story unfold, and it has been an incredible journey to capture these significant milestones. From their engagement to their wedding day and now to the anticipation of their first child, Emily and her husband have shared an extraordinary love story! It is a tale woven with laughter and unwavering support for one another.
