It’s the most wonderful time of the year and boy do we have a treat for you today! Our final session with our model team ’18 is here, and we couldn’t be happier to showcase this beautiful holiday inspired session with everyone! It’s a bittersweet time as this is the last time we get to work with the lovely ladies on our model team! I think it’s safe to say we have been blessed once again with such an amazing group of young ladies to represent our photography business this year. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each and every model on our team and we feel so incredibly lucky to know them and their parents. Each girl added personality and a bit of sparkle to the team and we wouldn’t have it any other way! We love that our model program cultivates new friendships and it is our hope that each girl feels a renewed sense of confidence when they walk away from Morgan Lee Photography! We will continue to cheer each the girls on as their high school journey comes to an end and the adventure of their life awaits.
We have been planning our senior model team ’18 session for months. We were so happy when our plans and vision came to life on the day of the shoot. A talented team of hair stylists and a makeup artist from Salon Nefisa pampered each girl on the morning of the shoot. They did a great job creating each look for the models.
Our inspiration for the shoot began in the late summer. We were on the hunt for the perfect vintage truck from the 1950s. We searched everywhere and weren’t having much luck! Finally, we found the most perfect truck. My uncle put us in contact with a nice guy who owns older Chevrolet vehicles. We were so pleased when Tom was on board with the shoot and wanted to do anything to help make our vision a reality! He told us all about the truck. The Chevrolet spent much of its years in California State. An individual who used to work for Walt Disney owned the truck!! Yes you read that correctly!! We thought that was a pretty fun fact about the history of this old truck.
Anyone who knows us knows that we are dog lovers! We wanted to incorporate little pups into the session so we asked the models to bring their little fur babies on the day of the styled shoot. We were so thrilled to have so many cute pups with festive sweaters be part of this day! With all of the details coming together, our final project was creating the Christmas backdrop. My husband Devin built a little hut and we added holiday inspired décor to give it the Christmas feel. We are so happy with how everything came together so perfectly!
It was so important for us to create a memorable session for our model team ‘18. This is our last official year for our senior model program so we wanted to have a special session for the girls. With all of the plans and details in place, we invited our friend Kenzie of Kenzie Fairchild Photography to join the session with three of her tribe models.
