Mr. & Mrs. Woerther | The Millbottom | Jefferson City, Missouri Wedding

Nestled in the heart of Jefferson City, Missouri, Drew and Jake embarked on a journey of love, laughter, and lifelong memories on a picturesque October fall day!  With the sun shining and temperatures in the mid-70s, their destination wedding at The Millbottom was a celebration to remember.

The day kicked off with excitement as the girls prepared for the day in a charming loft.  Laughter and music filled the air, setting the tone for a day filled with joy!  The groomsmen, led by the cheerful Jake, later joined the festivities, bringing their own brand of humor to the morning.  The getting ready portraits were a testament to the genuine bond shared by the couple and their closest friends.

Drew, with the loving assistance of her mother, transformed into a stunning bride in no time.  Her beaded gown, jewelry, and veil completed her bridal look, and the reveal to her bridesmaids was met with cheers and excitement!  Drew’s father patiently waited at the bottom of the loft stairs for a heartfelt first look with his daughter.  The emotion was palpable as Drew tapped his shoulder, and they shared a warm embrace.  The first look between the couple, against the backdrop of Jefferson City’s capitol area, was equally moving!  Jake’s excitement was infectious, and their embrace was a pure reflection of their deep love and connection.

The couple’s love shone through in every frame as they posed for bride and groom portraits.  Their joy and excitement were contagious, and it was evident that this day was not just about photographs but about documenting their love for each other.  The bridal party joined in, making the photography effortless with their enthusiasm!

The ceremony took place at St. Peters Catholic Church at 2pm, with their closest family and friends in attendance. The church was full as Drew and Jake exchanged vows, officially becoming Mr. & Mrs. Woerther. Their joy was evident as they dashed back up the aisle, sealing their union with a dip and kiss, to the applause of their guests.

The couple decided to celebrate their first few hours of marriage in style, renting a trolley to continue the festivities.  Laughter and dancing filled the air as they sang their hearts out.  A stop at Central Dairy Ice Cream brought a taste of local charm to the day!  It was a time of pure happiness as they enjoyed the company of their closest friends and indulged in delicious flavors of ice cream.

Back at The Millbottom, guests eagerly welcomed Drew and Jake as they entered the reception!  The evening included cake cutting and heartfelt toasts that brought both laughter and tears.  Their first dance as husband and wife was a touching moment, and it was the prelude to an unforgettable night of dancing and merriment.  The dance floor was packed, and the guests displayed some impressive moves, all in celebration of this remarkable love story.

The night concluded with a few night shots featuring the backdrop of the state capital.  Drew and Jake, surrounded by the glow of love and the city lights, created memories that will last a lifetime!  Drew and Jake’s wedding day was a beautiful tapestry of love, joy, and unforgettable moments. It was an honor to witness and document the beginning of their marriage.  We extend our warmest congratulations to this radiant couple, wishing them a lifetime filled with happiness, love, and countless more beautiful memories!  May their journey together be as splendid as their wedding day in Jefferson City, Missouri!
