Teddy + Olivia | Kimball Ballroom | Columbia, Missouri Wedding

Family and friends traveled near and far to witness Teddy and Olivia tie the knot on August 13! The darling pair shared a beautiful wedding day together with a ceremony at the Crossing Church in Columbia, Missouri. A gorgeous reception followed at the Kimball Ballroom on Stephen’s College campus. The Ivanov wedding came together beautifully with every detail of their day perfectly put together. They thought of everything; from the gorgeous blush, maroon, and ivory blooms in the bouquets and floral arrangements, to the calligraphy on each chalkboard, their day was put together with these two in mind. We loved all of the personal touches that were carefully thought out to make their day so unique and special.

The morning and early afternoon was full of excitement, as the bridal party prepared for the wedding ceremony. Teddy was flood with such genuine happiness as Olivia and her dad entered the auditorium. He was beaming from ear to ear at the sight of his bride walking towards him. The two shared a beautiful ceremony together and chose to recite traditional vows. Under the arbor draped in gorgeous blooms and fabric, Teddy and Olivia were pronounced husband and wife. Throughout the wedding day, they took part in many Bulgarian traditions. Teddy’s mom poured a copper vessel of water in front of the doorstep for the couple to walk through as they left the church.

We traveled to Nifong Park in Columbia to capture the bridal party portraits. We love the park, as it offers so many different areas for portrait opportunities. Teddy and Olivia are so blessed with such a close-knit group of friends! The bridal party had so much fun together! Everyone was overjoyed to be celebrating the love of Teddy and Olivia. It was such a fun day full of giggling, jokes, and laughter.

Teddy and Olivia make such a cute couple. During their portrait time, they were so happy and joyful! It was easy to capture genuine portraits of the new Mr. and Mrs. One minute, they could be laughing with each other, and the next they would share a sweet, romantic moment. They are a match made in heaven, and we couldn’t be more excited for them!

Their reception at the Kimball Ballroom was one we will always remember! No detail went unnoticed when they decorated the venue. Their families put a lot of hard work into making the space so beautiful and personal to the couple. We enjoyed their reception with many Bulgarian traditions we have never experienced before. We love being part of wedding days because so many times, we get to witness new things from different cultures. They danced the night away and had a great time! We witnessed some of the greatest dance moves during their wedding reception. Teddy and Olivia ended the night on the bridge overlooking the Broadway traffic where they shared sweet moments together.

Teddy and Olivia, thank you for allowing us to capture the first day of your marriage! We have enjoyed celebrating with you. We wish you two so much happiness in all the years to come! Congrats to the two love birds!
