Kelsey and Ben’s wedding day was nothing short of incredible! They were married at the stunning Cathedral of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson City, Missouri, surrounded by their closest family and friends.
The morning began with Kelsey and her bridesmaids getting ready at a local salon. Laughter and excitement filled the air as everyone prepared for the big day ahead. Meanwhile, Ben and the groomsmen arrived at the church, ready for portraits in front of the grand cathedral. This crew was full of energy and fun, especially when their sweet son, Brantley, joined in as the official ring security!
With the help of her sister, Kelsey slipped into her gown and stepped outside for a few bridesmaid portraits just before the ceremony began! Then, surrounded by loved ones, she and Ben shared a traditional Catholic Mass ceremony!
Afterward, guests made their way to Cana Hall for the reception while we whisked away with the newlyweds and their bridal party. Downtown Jefferson City was the perfect backdrop for portraits! We explored the capitol grounds and surrounding streets, capturing the laughter, love, and sweet connection between Kelsey and Ben! Little Brantley joined in again, and the three of them made the most precious family portraits.
As the sun began to set, we returned to the reception where cheers erupted as Kelsey and Ben were announced in with their bridal party. Heartfelt and hilarious speeches followed before dinner, setting the tone for an unforgettable night. Before the party officially kicked off, we snuck outside for golden hour portraits of just the two of them. The sunset was absolutely magical, and the romance between these two was undeniable!
Back inside, Kelsey and Ben shared their first dance as husband and wife, followed by special dances with their parents. From there, the celebration took off, Bill kept the dance floor alive and packed all night long!
