Mr. & Mrs. Denomme | The Daisy Farm Wedding | Jefferson City, Missouri

Samantha and Brock could not have asked for a more beautiful spring wedding day for their celebration at Daisy Farm in Jefferson City, Missouri. May 2nd brought the sweetest mix of sunshine and soft overcast skies with the most comfortable temperatures, making it the perfect backdrop for these two to officially become husband and wife!  From start to finish, the entire day felt joyful, lighthearted, emotional, and full of so much genuine love!!  The day began with the girls getting ready inside the farmhouse while the guys spent the morning over at the barn preparing for the big day ahead.  One of my favorite parts of the morning was when Samantha had her dad bring her three beloved dogs over to the farmhouse so she could have photos with them before the ceremony. They completely stole the show in front of the camera and made for some of the sweetest moments of the morning!

Inside the farmhouse, the energy was so fun and upbeat. Hair and makeup artists buzzed around the room while laughter, giggles, and excited chatter filled the air.  Gorgeous florals were delivered, the girls slipped into matching pajamas for some fun photos on the master bedroom bed, and everyone soaked in the excitement of the day together.  Soon after, it was time for Samantha to step into her wedding gown with the help of her mom and little cousin.  Watching them all smile and laugh together while fastening her into the dress was such a sweet moment.  Samantha looked absolutely radiant as a bride!

Once she was fully ready, we headed outside with Samantha, the bridesmaids, and all of the adorable flower girls for bridal party portraits around the property. The weather continued to shift between soft clouds and peeks of sunshine, creating the prettiest light. One thing I loved most about this group was how genuinely fun they all were together.  There was never a shortage of laughter, inside jokes, or full on belly laughs throughout the day, which made photographing them such a blast!!  After bridesmaid portraits, we met up with Brock and the guys for a few quick getting ready photos before heading out by the field for groomsmen portraits.  The guys made our job easy and kept things laid back and fun the entire time.

Guests slowly gathered inside the barn for the ceremony as anticipation built for Samantha’s entrance.  Escorted down the aisle by both her mom and dad, Samantha looked stunning as she made her way toward Brock.  The smile on Brock’s face when he first saw her said absolutely everything!  These two exchanged heartfelt handwritten vows during their ceremony, and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight as Brock read his promises to Samantha.  Their ceremony was emotional, intimate, and so incredibly sweet.  Before long, the two were officially pronounced husband and wife and happilly made their way back up the aisle hand in hand, stopping midway for another kiss while guests cheered them on!

After family photos, we gathered the entire bridal party outside while the sun finally fully emerged for bridal party portraits. Once those wrapped up, it was time for Samantha and Brock’s portraits together around the Daisy Farm property.  Even though we had never worked together prior to the wedding day, these two absolutely shined in front of the camera.  Brock had Samantha laughing nonstop, and the two of them were so natural together.  The rolling hills, ponds, open fields, and barn at Daisy Farm created the prettiest backdrops for their portraits. Truly, you cannot go wrong anywhere on this property!

Back inside the reception space, guests enthusiastically welcomed the newlyweds as they were announced into the reception.  Toasts followed from the best man and Samantha’s little cousin, who delivered one of the most heartfelt maid of honor speeches I’ve ever witnessed.  Nearly everyone in the room was emotional, especially Samantha, who teared up through almost the entire speech.
After first dances and dinner, we stole Samantha and Brock away for sunset portraits just as the sky turned soft and glowy.  This is always one of my favorite parts of the wedding day, and the light could not have been more perfect. The two danced around together, laughed through playful prompts, and completely soaked in those sweet moments together as husband and wife!

The celebration continued with dancing and nonstop fun for the remainder of the evening before we snuck the newlyweds outside one final time for a romantic dip kiss photo in front of the barn to end the night!  Overall, Samantha and Brock’s wedding day was truly perfect from beginning to end.  These two are so kind, easygoing, joyful, and clearly so in love!  It was such an honor documenting the start of their marriage, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.  Samantha and Brock, thank you so much for trusting me and my team to capture such an important day in your lives. We loved every second of celebrating alongside you both!  Cheers to Mr. & Mrs. Denomme!!
