We are elated to showcase Blair and Trent’s beautiful wedding day! We knew after meeting with them in the fall, their wedding day would be unforgettable, and it was just that!! August 4, 2018 was one beautiful day! Our day started out just like any other wedding day with the details. Blair had the most timeless and elegant details for us to photograph; we just couldn’t get enough! We love photographing all the pretty details, but one of our favorite parts of the day is when Blair showed up to Church. We LOVE Blair’s infectious personality and gorgeous smile! From the moment we walked in on the wedding day, she had the biggest smile. She was one of the most joyful brides from beginning to end! You couldn’t wipe the genuine grin off her face if you tried. Blair looked absolutely stunning and radiant as her mom, sisters and bridesmaids helped her into her gown! She finished her elegant look with timeless jewelry. Everyone looked at Blair in aw as she stood before them as a bride! It was finally time for the ceremony and she couldn’t wait to get down the aisle to marry her soulmate.
As Blair effortlessly made her way down the aisle escorted by her dad, Trent’s eyes filled with tears. Everyone in the bridal party had a similar reaction as she reached the alter. These are our favorite moments on a wedding day! The real, raw, and unguarded reactions of friends and loved ones, especially those of the bride and groom. Blair and Trent looked so giddy when they finally grasped each other’s hands. They shared a beautiful catholic ceremony with a heartfelt message delivered. As he introduced the new Mr. and Mrs. Kay, the crowed erupted in in cheer as the two newlyweds shared a kiss! Both Blair and Trent looked the happiest we have ever seen them as they made their way back down the aisle.
We could go on for days about how wonderful the Kay wedding was! From beginning to end, our job was made easy. You can never go wrong with a gorgeous venue, beautiful details, and a madly in love couple who love deeply. Blair and Trent, we are so honored you chose us to share in such an intimate day! We loved every minute of it. Thank you for being so willing to fight the heat with us to capture your portraits! I think it’s safe to say it was well worth it because your wedding portraits are some of our favorites to date!
